Shipping & Returns

We ship worldwide.

We make all our outfits. While many are in stock, some are made to order. We do our best to ship orders within two days from when your order is placed. If you have a date that you need your order by, please include that information with your order or call/email to verify the stock status. We ship Monday through Friday.

USPS First class shipping is free for domestic orders over $50 and only $5.95 for smaller orders. Priority Mail is also available. (Free shipping does not apply to custom orders.)

All orders are shipped by USPS. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

International - No International shipping at this time due to tariffs.

Guarantee

We provide measurements so you can determine best fit, but sometimes they still don’t fit. You may return items for refund or exchange. We pride ourselves in making high quality outfits. If a mistake slips through either in defects in workmanship or materials, again, you may return for refund or exchange.  Product must be returned within 30 days and must be clean and odor free. Feel free to contact us for recommendations.

Vee's Victorians disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Neither Vee's Victorians, nor its affiliated or related entities, nor any person involved in the creation, production, and distribution of Vee's Victorians' web site warrant that the functions contained in the materials will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Lost and Damaged Goods

• Vee's Victorians is not responsible for lost or any damage that may occur during shipment to the item(s) you are returning. We suggest that you use a return shipping method that issues tracking numbers, so that you can ensure that the item is safely returned to our Returns Depot.
• Vee's Victorians will not refund return shipping charges unless we made an error in order processing or shipping.
• All refunds will be credited to the credit card originally used in the purchase or through Paypal. It generally takes about 1 week to process a domestic return (international orders may take longer).
