19" Patsy Styled Doll Dress

Vintage pastel dot dress is designed to fit 18" - 19" Patsy styled dolls. Also fits 18" play dolls such as the American Girl dolls.  Short sleeved dot dress has an embroidered organdy Peter Pan style collar, organdy band at the waist, and organdy over-skirt. Matching hat has embroidered collars along the hat brim. White panties are included.
